5. Delivery of Goods (if applicable)
- We aim to process and ship orders within 1-2 business days of payment confirmation.
- Orders received on weekends or public holidays will be sent within 1-2 business days after the weekend or public holiday.
- We ship with Australia Post. Once an order leaves our shop, we are no longer responsible for that order and any loss or damage that may occur. We have no control over how long an order may take to be deliered. We are not required to replace an order that is lost or damaged in transit or delivery. We may, at our discretion, replace an order that is lost or damaged as we see fit.
- Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to postal delays or other factors outside our control.
- Risk in the goods passes to you once they are delivered to the address you provide.
6. Returns & Refunds
- We follow the ACL for returns and refunds.
- If you believe your product is faulty, damaged, or not as described, please contact us promptly with proof of purchase.
- For change-of-mind returns, acceptance is at our discretion and may be subject to restocking fees or other conditions outlined in our Returns Policy.
